Jeff Warren is a partner in the firm’s Water and Public Agency practice group. He graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law and the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution in 2009 and became a member of the California State Bar that same year. He holds a B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of California at San Diego. Jeff focuses his practice on the representation of water agencies and private entities — aiding in the development, management, and transfer of water and water rights.
