The debtor attempted to discharge his liability for a state-court judgment, which awarded Klein DeNatale Goldner's client over $700,000 in damages arising from the debtor's fraud. Klein DeNatale Goldner obtained a judgment determining that the entire $700,000 debt was not dischargeable in the debtor's bankruptcy.
