Klein DeNatale Goldner is pleased to announce that Joseph D. Hughes has been elected as the firm's managing partner. Hughes joined the firm in 2006 and concentrates his practice in the areas of water and public agency law and trust litigation. He serves on the board of directors of the Kern County Bar Association and is also a member of the legal affairs committee for the Association of California Water Agencies.
Timothy G. Scanlon will join Hughes as assistant managing partner of the firm. They will work together to oversee all aspects of the firm’s business. Scanlon’s practice concentrates on the areas of construction litigation and counseling and business and commercial litigation.
Hughes assumes the post of managing partner on the heels of Thomas V. DeNatale, Jr., who has done a tremendous job as managing partner since 2012.
