Attorney Jacob L. Eaton and Klein DeNatale Goldner's bankruptcy practice group recently obtained approval of a plan of reorganization for two Kern County real estate developments. The plan of reorganization restructured several million dollars of debt and will allow for the continued operation of the two development companies.
