Ryan D. Bright has accepted an equity partner position at Klein DeNatale Goldner. Bright joined the firm in 2006, focusing his practice on trusts and estates and then made the move into the firm's personal injury and product liability department. Over the past several years, he has assisted Klein DeNatale Goldner clients to obtain over $15 million for injuries caused by negligent individuals and manufacturers of defective products. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law, San Diego and a B.A. degree from the University of California, San Diego. Bright was selected as a 2015 Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
O. Vanessa Franco Chavez has been named a partner at Klein DeNatale Goldner. Chavez is a member of the firm's business and employment litigation department. Prior to Klein DeNatale Goldner, she litigated for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and was also a staff attorney for the Eviction Defense Network. In 2001, Chavez received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles and earned her Juris Doctor from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2009. She has been with Klein DeNatale Goldner since 2013.
James R. Harvey has been named a partner at Klein DeNatale Goldner. Harvey joined the firm in 2010 and concentrates his practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of California at Davis School of Law in Davis, CA. Harvey is also a graduate of California State University, Bakersfield and currently a director of the Young Lawyers Section of the Kern County Bar Association.
R. Jeffrey Warren has been named a partner at Klein DeNatale Goldner. Warren's practice focus is construction law and general civil and complex litigation. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2009 and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. Warren counsels developers and specialty contractors on a whole range of issues, including contractor's state license law and issues regarding real property development and construction. He also handles construction litigation matters, including enforcement of mechanic liens, enforcement of stop notices, and bond claims.
R. Scott Kimsey has been named senior counsel at Klein DeNatale Goldner. Kimsey has been at the firm since 2011 and has over 15 years of experience counseling large corporations, small companies, individual inventors, authors, artists, and non-profit organizations on intellectual property matters. He completed his undergraduate degree in microbiology at California State University, Fresno, and graduated with honors from the University of Missouri School of Law. He handles intellectual property matters in a wide range of technical areas, including mechanical patents, medical devices, plant patents, chemical and biochemical patents, computer software, and others.
